Mr. Sudharshana is a technocrat by professions and he has 23 years of work experience on variety of projects with various organizations at different capacities. He is specialized in Heavy Engineering, Machine tool manufacturing and Precision engineering and has experience in working with various departments such as R & D, Marketing, CRM, and Commercial. He also is an expert in manufacturing Hydraulic Cylinders, Foundry Machines, Precision tool holders and tapping attachments. Through his stint in various organizations he has had experience in man power management and maintaining SPC/SQC/TPM/TQM/WCM and implementing six sigma concepts. He carries his experience from the well known organizations like Otto Bilz India Pvt. Ltd., Disa Limited, and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Limited.

Mr. P.Madhu has 10 years of experience in CNC programming in Turning centers And Machine Centers. He was associated with this organization in various departments such as production, PPC, CPP, Assembly and R &D,Man power management and conversant with latest manufacturing techniques such as SPC/SQC/TPM/TQM/WCM and six sigma concepts.
